Newcastle will face the Portuguese team, Benfica. . They have lost by 3-1 in Portugal so now they need a Victory by 2-0 to pass through.
Looking for this team of Alan Pardew, they have some good players but at the moment the injuries are affecting to much the performance. They have lost Santon on the weekend, he left the game injured against Fulham...is expectable to see Gutierrez or Haidara return to do his place.
It also looks that BEN ARFA is an option for today game, but i do not believe we will see him on the lineup and I doubt of their 100% form!
The big problem here, will be Salvio , the best wing of Benfica who didn't played the 1st leg, and today if he plays he will have a player without competitive rhythm in front of him or one with less defensive characteristics.
Alan Pardew also state that we wants only to do intensive attack after min 70, just like Bordeaux tried with Benfica and lost 2-3 in French.
Sincerely, will be hard to be so disciplined and only attack after min 70 when you are losing the qualification... i see that strategy fall very soon in the game.
Benfica do not have championship game on the weekend, so is expected to play with best team possible.
Jorge Jesus who said that wanted to manage a Team on premier league, so, he will probably want to show his skill on English lands.
Even if the goal arrive late in the game, i see the over 2.50 an easy bet to be beaten..and on a game that Benfica can lose by 2-1, I prefer to go on goals instead of an AH.
