Russia owns the 1st place of the group with a great distance to Portugal and Israel, so, we should expect a Capello´s style game with no needs to win the game, they will apply a strong counter attack.
Russia was excellent National team, on Center back, two Cbs from CSKA , midfielders are from Zenit together with the Striker. These give them game routines that Portugal doesn´t have.
Portuguese team is passing hard times on the WC Qual, they won last game but before that the games were a delusion. Even with Azrebeijan, which they won 2-0, the game wasn´t so easy as expected.Portugal has problem on creating oportunities and those that they create, the % of waste is too big.
On defense Bruno Alves and Neto are not the same as Pepe and Carvalho, on the attack Nani won´t play and Vieirinha will do his place. Postiga as striker is not a top goalscorer, we made 14 goals serving the team which finished last in La Liga..which is not bad to an average ST.
I see here a big opportunity to Russia guarantee the 1st place and even Portuguese Coach tried to take out pressure on the Team saying that is not a decisional game, it´s very hard to agree with him.
If Portugal doesn´t win, the chance of get 1st place is almost none, and if they lose it can be very dangerous to the Portuguese ambitious of guarantee a presence in the WC2014.
